Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to modify it.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items and intimates are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

We're happy to help with size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply reach out to us with your order number and the size you'd like instead. Subject to availability, we'll arrange the exchange as quickly as possible.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing to the chart before ordering.

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit, or sizing down if you prefer a more fitted silhouette.

Most of our pieces run true to size. However, fit can vary depending on the style — flowy maxi dresses tend to be more forgiving, while fitted styles follow standard sizing more closely. We always recommend checking the size chart on each individual product page for the most accurate guidance.

Our maxi dresses are designed to hit at or near the ankle for someone around 5'5"–5'7". If you're petite (under 5'4"), the hem may be slightly longer — which many customers love for an elegant, sweeping look. If you're taller, the dress may sit above the ankle for a midi length effect.
