Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

You can track your order at any time by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. International shipping is not available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

• Check with neighbors and around all entry points of your home
• Contact your local post office or carrier
• Wait 2 additional business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at customerservice@womeninlov3.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.

For damaged items, please keep all packaging materials and contact us with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
