Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window on all eligible items. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- With all original tags attached
- In original or equivalent packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
👙 Swimwear Notice: All swimwear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Please review our size chart carefully and measure yourself before ordering. If you have any questions about sizing, contact us at customerservice@womeninlov3.com before placing your order.
- Swimwear and underwear (for hygiene reasons — all sales final)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Gift cards
⚠️ Bikinis & Sets — Please Note: All bikini and swimwear sets are final sale and non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. We strongly recommend checking your measurements carefully against the size chart before purchasing. If you need help choosing the right size, email us at customerservice@womeninlov3.com before placing your order.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at customerservice@womeninlov3.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund (typically 3–5 business days).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at customerservice@womeninlov3.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
